I'm new to printing and fairly new to ASP.net.  So please forgive me if this question is stupid simple.
I want to generate some simple reports from my ASP application.  So I examined several books on the subject of printing (WinForms printing), as well as several web articles.  My WinForms tests worked perfectly.  But when I tried to duplicate this functionality in ASP.net it failed.  I received this error:  "No printers installed."
Curious about this, I examined what printers were available in "PrinterSettings.InstalledPrinters".  There was only one: Generic Text Printer
So the core problem seems to be that the code is unable to pick-up the list of actual printers on my system.  I tried to figure out how to resolve this but could not.
Can anyone help?
