Event triggered when making a panel visible?

Hello,

I have a question regarding panels. I'm just getting started with using ASP.NET (2.0). I am working on a project and I'm using JQuery tabs (http://ui.jquery.com/demos/tabs/). The JQuery is applied to an ASP Panel control that is initially not visible. When the panel finally does become visible, my JQuery tabs code is not. Is there a certain event that is triggered that I can test for when my panel becomes visible?
