random number

please i need u guys to help me out. i am trying to generate numbers from predetermine sets of numbers.

for instance lets i have   1  2 3

spaced out as shown how can i go about generating 3 numbers and placing them inbetween the spaces, such dat if the first number is odd the first space should be occupied by an even number. please am a newbbie.
