textbox accepts only english

We are developing a web application which allows user to store the data in Russian.
The application has fields such as emailid, web site url etc.
currently when the user sets the language as Russian and types in, the email and url are also in russian and the validator says its invalid email id/url.
can we forcefully make a text box accept only english, so that when the user types in these boxes, its in english ?
