I am a beginner of ASP.NET AJAX. It seems to me that both ASP.NET AJAX networking and ASP.NET web services can do the same job. Can anyone give a brief comparison with these two approaches in web development ?
I understand ASP.NET web services are implemented by ASP.NET AJAX networking classes? Are there any pros and cons with them ? Thanks.
