I'm confused/shocked about something.  In the midst of testing some software I'm building I observed this calculation being performed in C#:
Math.Round(12.825, 2) = 12.82
I had long thought that C# obeyed standard mathematical rules for rounding which unequivocally state that if the deciding value is a "5" then round up.  Thus, in the example above, the resulant answer should be 12.83.

To get the proper answer with C#, what approach would you take?
