How to bind "user defind control" to Listview control as data source

Hi everybody,
 I am trying to  use ListView control to bind to "user control" that I created in order to display my "user control" on the view list. Actually I am new in ASP.Net and I have tried so many times without success.
 anyone can help me or give me hints to achieve that ?
