How can I reuse a long, specific database insert subroutine?

Hi
I have a long database insert/update sub routine with an example below.  I want to use this in several parts of my site without having to copy and paste it each time :)  I am not sure how I can reuse it with the specific inserts and details shown below. Is it possible, if it is in the code behind of a page to access just this sub from another page or control?
