SQL Server Compareing Values (but not returning results when comparing True/False 1/0 bits)

When I am trying to use SQL to compare data that is in a True/False field, it does not return any thing.

I can use the following on any other fields in the table, but just not True/False (0/1) field.

Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?
