I use forms authentication for my website. When a user is logged-in and navigates to another page by typing the url into the navigation bar of his browser, lets say www.google.com for example, and then he navigates back to the login page of my website (by typing the url "WebServer/Website/Login.aspx") a HttpException is thrown saying "Servererror in Application - the resource cannot be found - Http 404..."
When I navigate to google.com and press the back-button of the browser there is no exception and I come back to the page of my application were I left and can work on with no probs.
I tried to do some stuff in the Application_Error event which is thrown, but none of my approaches to redirect the user to the login page were successfull.
