I need help with Images

 if I want to set an image.imageUrl of something not in the asp.net
project but in the hard drive such as C:\\UploadedUserFiles\045.JPGI
tried doing

Image1.ImageUrl = "C:\\UploadedUserFiles\045.JPG"; but it doesn't seem
to work, what am i doing wrong, and what I mean is NOT to be inside the
asp.net project to become something like this Image1.ImageUrl =
"~/images/imageName.jpg" because I know how to do that. thank you very
much!
