tooltips image

i want to create a tooltip which is stylish.....here is my c# code...im binding data from database to tooltip..but i want to use stylish tooltip....when im doing that one that stylish image and c# code tooltip are coming seperately....

 but i want my c# code data will be in that image how to do that
