If I develop a commercial application and want to use a small database I can use sql server express. Now suppose I redstirbute this commercial application can I freely redistibute that install of sql server express with that application and call it during
my application install or must I point to a url for the user to manually install? Or is there some fee involved to redistribute and use the sql server express install?
I saw some things about signup to redistribute and then I get to a licensing page which really has no answers.
