Sending Mail Problem, (Triggered web service by the windows application)

Hi My Friends;

I am working with the ASP:NET 3.5. I have a web service and I want to send mail by using this web service. But

I will send mails in every 5 minutes automatically. To achieve this, I created a different windows application

and added a timer. I added my web service as a reference to my windows application. I should do better if I say

that 'I add my web service as a reference from web'. And so, in my windows application, I can use the methods

which are in actually in my web service. By the help of my windows application My web service will send mails

in every 5 minutes. But My problem begins here. I throws an exception. and gives that message;

An unhandled exception of type 'System.ServiceModel.FaultException' occurred in mscorlib.dll

Additional information: Server was unable to process request. ---> The transport failed to connect to the

server.
 ---> Exception ...
