I am getting data type mismatch error on my aspx page. What i have is i have aspx page which is linked to Excel file. In the excel file my users enters the data related to the part number for our company. And from the ASPX page i made whre other user can go and enter the part number and click on search that will allow them to see th information related to that part number coming from excel file. But when my usre enters the new data in the file the aspx page gives mismatch error so what i do is that i have to go in the file one by one change the cell format and then it works so my question is what character type should i put in my aspx prgram so that doesnt matter what kind of data my users enters in the excel file, the program does not give the mismatch error. Can someone Please help me.
