making good look to UI(User Screen)

Hello frinds I have a question..

I am using FileUpload controll and one button Upload..

I need to make the User screen looking good..

my plan is to put thsese file uplaod control and button in a Table ( like These two things should be seen in table like square or rectangle and I need to put this in to that table to look good for UI)
