Sorting with Lambda

I have a class of information that passes a result to me and I want to sort it. I want to take the Generic T[] Results array and sort the information on lastname. when I stepped through the code, nothing happened. All rows were in the same order as when they were retrieved from the database. I do not have access to the database or the business logic and cannot make any changes in either of them.

This is In a business logic layer that I can view but not modify:
