Hi guys,
I?m a novices of asp, I like to ask if anyone knows how could I search from the database using user input and return a value to compare it with the user input for returning a Boolean(even using if else is ok I just want to determine whether the same record exits)
Example: is like when user key in an ID number in a textbox, the ID number will be search on the database. Then from there return a value to compare or check whether the same records exits. something like staff ID can be entered by user but not using auto number.
