sorting drop down

Hi:

 

I am uploading my drop down box from string dictionary. String dictionary is pulls data from DB. I sort data in query and than I use a function too sort but in drop down data is not alphabetically sorted. I am not sure what I am doing wrong. I will appreciate any info.
