dynamically add image button to page with event handler help?

Hi Guys,

Okay I have a page where I am dynamically adding imagebuttons to the page.  I have a static button, "ADD" that is clicked and the controls are generated.

My basic code is below. I have no problem generating the correct number of controls, however the event handler never fires.  Any thoughts guys?
