Display Specific text when mouse cursor on LinkButton and ItemTemplate link in Gridview..?

Hi,

 I have to linksi need to display specific text on when the mouse cursor on..

I tried several ways but didnt work..

Anyone has any suggestion how to do it either in the web page or better in css file?

1) A ButtonLink in <li> in <ul> in <td> of table.

2) ItemTemplate field in gridviiew...
