replace createobject("cdo.message")

i've used cdo.message in asp, but when using that in an .aspx script on godaddy, before the script even gets to the createobject line, i get a crash with 'The application attempted to perform an operation not allowed by the security policy' so i have to replace all the cdo.message emailing with something native to asp.net. it seems to be either system.net.mail or system.web.mail.
i use a good number of the email functionality, eg, full smtp validation, attachments, cc, bcc, any suggestions which is the best and/or easiest to use if in fact there is a choice?
and even better, point me to any tutorial or comprehensive example that illustrates something like this, in system.net.mail, to replace cdo.addattachement functionality, use system.net.attac ...
