Hi,
I've created a site and hosted it with a hosting company. I created a user using the membership user store library and the web configuration screen in visual studio 2008.
I can log on my website with the user name/password right after I created them. But if I wait a couple of days, the password no longer works. If I delete the user and create him again, I can then log in. Does anyone know what my problem is?
Does this have to do with the way passwords are hashed? (may be my webhosting company is changing things that would affect the hashing???)
Any help/insights would be much appreciated!
