Issue while saving excel sheet in VB.NET HRESULT: 0x800A03EC

Hi,

   I have been asked to generate the chart view of data in asp.net .  I have used the following code to generate the chart... My logic is first i have generate the chart using excel sheet and make it as  a html file. This is working fine in the developement server .(my development server OS is windows XP). This code is not working when i upload the code in to the server. (my server OS is windows server 2003). I have received the "HRESULT: 0x800A03EC" error in server while save the excel sheet. what is the issue here? I have attached the code here.
