Can't send CreateUserWizard Confirmation email

Have been trying this for quite some time, also followed the posts in FAQ but without success. I'm doing this from localhost and not from external server. What i want to do is, when someone creates an account (in this case, doing it myself) a confirmation email is to be sent using my yahoo account to the user's CreateUserWizard email id. Below is the code for CreateUser.aspx.vb:
