Gridview row style Border Problem

Hi,
This is the style for the row of the gridview

.GridAlternateRow
{
height:25px;
color:#333333;
background-color:#D2EFF7;
letter-spacing:0px;
text-align:left;
border:solid 1px White;
}

For FF it is ok.

But for IE i didn't get the border on the row top and bottom

Thanks in advance.
