How to read the dll file

I want to read the dll file which will pass the parameter from client to server and vice versa. So it may be string or integer or whatever. I don't know where to start. I want to do it with the web form inputing some data and passing through the dll file and then see the result on the other side. It's like 2 forms inputing data and showing result.
