what's the life cycle of a module in an instance of an ASP.NET VB application? (the same question about a C# static class)

can I be sure about user crossing when using a module so that each instance has it's own instantiated module-

or they are user crossed and the class is instantiated in the 1st time the application runs?

 

personally my cold logic says that each instance for each user/session is completely isolated.

whatwould the experts say?
