Build Errors

 Hi,
 
I'm receiving the following errors when building;
 
error BC30506: Handles clause requires a WithEvents variable defined in the containing type or one of its base types.
error BC30451: Name 'LabelNewProdCount' is not declared.

 My code;
 
  Protected Sub SqlDataSource3_Selected(ByVal sender As Object, ByVal e As System.Web.UI.WebControls.SqlDataSourceStatusEventArgs) Handles SqlDataSource3.Selected
LabelNewProdCount.Text = String.Format("No. of new Products: {0}", e.AffectedRows)
