VS2008 Is there a quick way to rename or set up page_load?

Hi guys.
I couldnt figure out how to do this in VS2005 either. Its more of an annoyance (I asked a similar question 2 years ago lol)

 Is there a nice easy quick way to rename a asp page without going to the codebehind in VS2008? (I was spoiled by Dreamweaver)

 Also
In Codebehind is there a button somewhere that writes out a Page_Load/ Render etc for you?  (Right now Im using oneNote!)
