Hi,
I am trying to validate a textbox with a password.
The regular expression I use is this:
^(?=.*\d)(?=.*[a-z])(?!.*[!@#$%^&*]).{6,20}$
It should be at least 6 characters with a maximum of 20.
It should contain alphanumeric characters a through z and 0 through 9. But these characters are not allowed !@#$%^&*
I believe the regular expression is correct, but in ASP.net the password "Toeters94183" is rejected.
Maybe I am doing something wrong....???
Thanks in advance!
Regards,
Heisa
