Validation in Html input file

hi all,

Iam using html input file control in my application to browse the file but during testing the test find the bug that ""mannual entries are possible"

So i banned the mannual entries by return false but again he can paste the path into the file control so

Please suggest me a solution so that user can only use it through pressing browswe button.
