Hi Folks,
Im trying to write a null value into a database field. Obviously I need to set the field as being null in my vb.net code.
However the field in the DB is a date field and it is not easy to set it as truly null - usually it gets set to 01/01/1900. Now I cant change my SQL as its a stored procedure, so Im left with no option but to try and set it as truly null in my vb.net
Have tried by setting EndDateTemp to system.dbvalue.null and to Nothing, but neither has worked. Any ideas?
If EndDateTemp.HasValue Then
EndDateTemp = CDate(Textbox9.Text)
Else
'EndDateTemp = DBNull.Value
EndDateTemp = Nothing
'End If
...
Go to the complete details ...
