String Builder

I hope you all will under stand my query

 I have created project which has a master page and  child pages
In one of the child page the whole design inside the <asp:Content> is created using the StringBuilder
String Builder Creates the Table based on the database contents

In which i   have to add the Delete Link Buttons <asp:LinkButton> dynamically to the <td> tag in the design

<td> tag id will vary based on the rows generated.
each row must have the <td> tag in which i need to place the link button based on the id of <td>
Every <td> tag in each row will have the link button called Delete.
 How to add like this and need to generate event for the Delete Link Button
