use Microsoft Access to store this text data ?

hi all
i have a multilanguage web application with dynamic data(text type like news)

which one of this two ways is better
use sql server to Store my data
or
use Microsoft Access to store this text data ?
which one have better performance if i use sql this transaction make it busy?

(i have 10 users per  secound  to see my webapplication on internet)
is another way available to handle this?
