Could any help me to run the SQL server-2012 for my Windows -7, 32 bit computer. I have installed SQL server-2012 for my computer. But when I start to installation through installation center it shows the following at set-up role option
error:-
"The specified directory,"C:\programe files\Microsoft SQL server\" for the INSTALL SHAREDDIR parameter is't valid, because the directory is compressed or is in compressed directory. Specify a directory that is't compressed."
I have tried to solve this problem to install and run SQL server for my daya to day task, but failed and facing this problem since ages and ages!!
