How to create a history table?

Hi

I'm trying to figure out a way to display changes made to a specific record. I have a Sql Database with a table, a Form used to create records and a Form for editing records. When a user opens up a record in edit mode I want the user to see the recent changes that has been made to that specific record. All the history information should be displayed in a GridView.

Any ideas, anyone?
