Page restriction in .Net2

Hi Guys

In my project We have a combo box with 10 artists.

Based on combobox selection the page will change with deatils of the Artist.

Based on User previleges I need to show only those artist details for a particular user.

Suppose for User 1, I need to show only Artists with Id 100 to 200.

Is it possible can I restrict this user seeing other Artist details in Web.config.

Any advice will be appreciated.
