user management

hi guys,

here we are again, and like to wish everyone happy new year and good luck.

I am hosting my web site on godaddy servers and like to add user management future . I found resource to help me make my own user management scripts but instead of reinventing , I thought I should ask you guys to see if there is an already made, user management script.

 Please let me know.

thanks
