Can somebody officially clear the mystery on what USER to use and/or how to give your application permissions to write to a folder/file - IIS7/Windows 2008?!
I've tried giving NETWORK SERVICE Modify permissions and that doesn't work. With 2008, it's not as trivial as it was before...
