Forms Authentication fails in IIS

Hello, I am using VS 2008, ASP.net 2.0

I am using ASP.net SqlExpress membership and have a login control. When working in VIsual Studio, user can be validated successfully.

However, when deploying apps in IIS 6.0, the user/password is not recognised. It comes up with "Your login attempt was unsuccessful. Please try again".

 

In IIS, Directory Security, I have Enable Anonymous Users checked. All other checkboxes are unchecked.

My web.config contains:
