I'm rewriting an old application in .NET that will send files via FTP and HTTP. The old version of my app had an option for sending files through an http proxy server. Are there proxy servers online that I could use to test this with or would I have to create my own proxy in iis? I tried following an example and adding a proxy iis dll to the isapi filters in iis but no pages would display when I did that. I'm new to proxies and would appreciate any info.
