Okay the form and the code works fine except for a small hitch. When i try to saved the file wiht the time, it only saves the finename.
For example
Saving A.doc uploading this, uploads the file with the time--> 102545450445A.doc
However in the Database its only A.doc

Reason im doing this is because if i upload a file with the same name its overwrites it so to combat it i have added the time of file upload with its name
Can anyone help to solve this problem.
