I have a list of items from the dropdownlist and want to select a matching item from the list shows first, How do I do it? Thanks in advance
For example:
items from the dropdownlist: ItemA, ItemB, ItemC, Item D,....
Incoming request string StrRequestItem = "ItemB";
Output from dropdownlist should be:
ItemB, ItemA, ItemC, Item D,....

Here is the code that I loop through each items in the dropdownlist, if one of the item from the dropdownlist match with the request item, show that item first in the list, but it is not working. The return value is "ItemB, but selected item is still the first one ItemA. See code below,
