tab container not working with 3.5 .net framework

Hi,

 I have a tabcontainer that contains 2 tabpanels. So, when i click the first, next, previous and last button on the web application form, the data in teh both the tab container changes subsequently. My problem is that every time i click the buttons, the tab container flickers the whole page tho it is inside the update panel and autopostback is true.

I would appreciate your suggestions and guidance.
