I tried to set dir property to 'rtl' and 'ltr' according to language I was using with this:
<table width="139" border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" dir="<%$ Resources:global, direction %>">
however compilier says:--------
Literal expressions like '<%$ Resources:global, direction %>' are not allowed. Use <asp:Literal runat="server" Text="<%$ Resources:global, direction%>" /> instead.
