Confusion about role management

Hi,
I am creating an application where I have atleast 6 diff. roles, sometimes I have a similar data for 2-3 roles, some page is diff. and have one role. 
I think doing the thing is bit just enough, doing in a perfect manner must present.
Should I maintain these pages directory wise. 
And for the page which handle 2-3 roles but all the data is same, I have to copy the data for every role. Does this affect the rendering/loading of page.
Please suggest me I am using Asp.net 2.0 with MySql connector.
