Hey guys. I'm doing some basic I/O stuff, and I've stumbled across a problem - I had some presumptions about how Try/Catch/Finally blocks are supposed to be used. Can't find anything easily, so I figure I'd come here and someone else could sort me out. Here's some pseudocode.
