I have noticed that images with an image name of test%test.jpg don't show up on the website. The image name gets saved to the database correctly as test%test.jpg when my code pulls it out the database, the file name comes back as test%test.jpg put once on the webpage it shows up as test%25test.jpg which of course doesn't exist on the server.
I have tried to use UrlEncoding and HTMLEncoding on the file name, no change, still the file name gets changed under the hood to test%25test.jpg. I can't make it work, how do I get around this problem?
