How to retreave username and password key from Web.Config

Hello people,
I have secured my website using Web.Config (authentication mode Forms)
Now I want to create an Admin area where administrator can edit the password.
But how do I retreave password from Web.Config?
Want the password to be displayed in TextBox.
Have found this:
